The Law Office of Michael McLees offers flat fees for most services.  For divorces, the fee includes everything you will need for your particular kind of divorce.  This means that your one flat fee includes Court Costs, Administrative Fees, and Service Fees (if needed).

I won’t charge you extra for case status updates, small changes in paperwork, or travel arrangements.

The Fee Schedule below is negotiable and subject to change without notice.

• Uncontested Divorce with no children – $1,000
• Uncontested Divorce with children – $1,250
• Collaborative Divorce – $3,000
